The staff here are really lovely! We needed to feed my baby sister and it was approaching closing time but they were very understanding and weren't rushing us out at all. They have very nice sweet things to go with tea and coffee. There is a modern interior and outside seating available as well. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone. The menu has a wide selection of lunch items and there are lots of soft drinks and some hard drinks. They also serve Thornton's ice cream and sell Thornton's chocolates. Card payments and contactless are available here. Reasonable prices on items as well.

Went there with mama for a cup of tea and cakes during a Hogmanay holiday coach. I had a lovely rice cake. Plenty of cake to pick, they have breakfast and meal. They have a Thornton chocolate shop inside as well, plenty of pack favours. Friendly staff.

Lynn welcomed us and was a Ray of Sunshine around the Cafe! Nothing was too much trouble, friendly helpful and professional a real asset to the business. Lovely Decaff flat white and delicious cakes! Thanks for cheering up our day!

I had a fantastic time. I ordered a cheese burger comes with salad and crisps or Nachos, and it was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The service was excellent, it was a quiet day during the week so the service was fast and with friendly and attentive staff who made the experience even better. They ensured everything was just right and were warm and welcoming throughout. The combination of great food and exceptional service made for a thoroughly enjoyable visit.

Thought we would stop in here after having visited the Sea Life Aquarium, directly opposite. The portions were huge to the point I couldn’t actually finish, and tasted absolutely amazing. 10/10 for a lovely little cafe. They’ve got lots of choice on the menu, aswell as some little bits like pastries etc to pick at the till. Highly recommend!

Opens 10am, nice relaxed feel, can sit by a window and look out to the lake or outside. Great selection of tea cakes.
